With a 15 year background in both high-end commercial construction and residential development, Ian brings a rare mix of technical expertise and down-to-earth service to every homebuyer experience.
Over the past decade, Ian has led the construction of homes, condos, and townhome communities across the Lowcountry — with a clear focus on quality, durability, and livability. Prior to founding CK Development, Ian spent years managing large-scale projects for a nationally ranked general contractor, where he learned the importance of delivering on time and over expectations.
Today, Ian is deeply involved in each CK Development community, ensuring every detail — from the floorplans to the final walk-through — reflects the company’s commitment to craftsmanship and customer care.

With 13 years of experience in real estate, design, and development, Chris brings a full-picture mindset to every project. Whether it’s a new condo community or luxurious townhomes and single families, he’s focused on creating lasting value for the families and individuals who will live there.
Chris is hands-on in the planning and design process and plays a key role in making sure every CK Development community reflects the charm and lifestyle of the Lowcountry. He believes buying a home should feel exciting and seamless — not stressful — and he works hard to ensure that’s the experience buyers have with CK.
When he’s not walking job sites or working with design teams, Chris is spending time with his wife and three kids, enjoying all that coastal South Carolina has to offer.
